Upon your first contract free order of PolaPure H20 water you will need to purchase the necessary quantity of jugs that you require for your monthly deliveries. These are non-refundable and re-usable should you move out of our delivery area or choose any alternate delivery or pick up service. Please note that this Policy replaces all former policies and conditions. If your jugs are damaged/contaminated/stolen/defaced or otherwise, while in your possession they will need to be replaced and may not be accepted by our drivers on your delivery. Upon cancellation of PolaPure H20 service for any reason, you simply keep the present jugs you have and do not need to contact our office.
