We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. In order to return any item you must contact us by E-mail or Form-mail with written notice of this before 10 days of receipt along with the reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise authorization number ( RMA# ) and instructions on where to send the package back to us. Future Organic World will pay all shipping costs only when returns are due to manufacturing defects or failure of the product under warranty, otherwise shipping will need to be pre-paid on returns/exchanges. You will need to supply us with your name, date of purchase, delivery and will require proof of purchase. All returned merchandise must still be in brand new condition ( not used ) and have all the packaging and original contents included for a refund/exchange value. A restocking fee may be applicable. Allow 21 days for return credits to be applied/settled and any exchange order to be shipped. Please clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of your returned box.
Manufacturer warranty: Problems due to a manufacturing defects are covered under a manufacturer warranty. The item will have to be sent back to us, to be verified by a qualified manufacturer technician. The manufacturer will determine the cause of the problem and decide to repair or replace the item.
